How do these three programs rank against each other and what makes them stand out?
Here are my impressions from going through interviews and reading stuff online:
Claremont: Probably has the best placement for West Coast. Good everywhere else but doesn't really standout. Focus on entrepreneurship, program is smaller than the others. Slightly more quantitative but still an MSF as opposed to an MFin.
Vandi: Larger program. Places well on the east coast. They care - 2 rounds of interviews for admissions as opposed to UVA which didn't do interviews.
UVA: Larger program. Places well on the east coast. 6 wk study/intern abroad program.
It seems like there aren't many distinguishing factors between UVA and Vandi.
Either UVA or Claremont depending on East vs West Coast, if agnostic, UVA

Yea, I have. The student interviews were pretty insightful but aside from those, there weren't anything that really made any of these programs stand out. Was wondering if anyone here went to any of these programs and would care to chime in.
Personally, I would pick either Claremont of UVA. Congrats on being accepted to CMC and UVA as they are both some of the most selective MSF programs out there. Claremont is the program to pick if you are interested in working on the West Coast. Program is small and very selective. They have a great professional development program also. I'd personally lean towards that program pretty heavily.
UVA's program has top placements and two tracks in case you aren't married to finance. It is going to give you more of a NYC focus.
So in the end you should decide where you want to work and what program you like better. Have you been on campus? That is what I would use to make a choice.
