MSF Programs/Career Issue

Hello, My name is Mike, and in December I'll be graduating with an MS in Applied Econ from SNHU with a projected(so as long as it all stays the same) GPA of 3.8 to (maybe) 4.0 Say what you'd like about the program, but it's pretty difficult considering you're given some pretty good quant problems, like calc based microeconomics, without instruction on how to complete them.

However, I want to get an MSF post graduation. I have no experience in finance but rather in digital marketing/analytics, mostly consulting with start ups and non-profits. I have no desire to work in IB. I live in Boston and plan on staying there. Does anyone have any recommendation on which MSF programs do not require direct experience but have fairly good placement stats?

So far, I'm looking at Bentley, BU (MS in Management), and a few online programs. I really, really, really do not want to do my second MS at SNHU if all avoidable. My long term goal is to work in corporate finance, or if the opportunity presented itself, financial economics.

Also, do employers find the wall st. prep courses favorable additions to one's CV/Resume. While the econ program is very stats heavy (econmetrics, tons of linear modeling), there's very little on financial modeling and accounting. I'm considering investing in one.

Thank you all for your time.

Sincerely, Mike

when people do grad business school, the networking is more important than academic rigor. Thus still a terrible choice to do SNHU and I'll have to point out.

With that said, any MSF's backdooor bet is some kind of corp. finance. you probably don't see enough ways to apply yourself into corporate finance jobs and that's the real problem you want to tackle probably.

get some stats & work experiences, and you'll find advices more helpful
