MSRE University of San Diego

Anyone have any knowledge about the MSRE University of San Diego and its usefulness for preparation for a career in commercial real estate?

It looks very solid in terms of education and connections in So Cal esp. There's only two California programs, USD and USC. The USD MSRE is broader and regional in reputation compared to USC's MSRED.

I'm not sure what I want to do exactly, but something entrepreneurial with partners down the line is likely. I would like to work in the industry for a couple years before doing my own thing and I want to be in California. Thoughts appreciated.
