In terms of NY placement Georgetown. So if that is all you care about, unless you got a scholarship to Norte Dame, go Georgetown. But also consider everything else you want to get out of college. Where you want to be, Norte Dame/south bend ~100k people, or DC. Sports and fraternities, Notre Dame has great sports where Georgetown is decent in basketball ever once in a while (6-25 this year). There is probably more to do off campus in DC, but Notre Dame probably has a better on campus environment/frat scene. Not telling you where to go, just consider everything you want to get out of college, not just IB placement.

Considering ND doesn’t have fraternities, I doubt its frat scene is very good

Check out my comment in the thread below for info on Notre Dame.

Tldr; Notre Dame is a target for almost every BB and EB. While overall the university sends a ton of grads to Chicago, we’re still sending 50+ per year to NYC for banking.

If you’re making your college decision solely based on IB prospects, maybe you’d fit in better at Georgetown anyways 🥴

Big fan of this take, and your post on the linked thread. Leaning ND as of now. Visiting soon and will likely commit after that. Additionally, in regards to linked thread, I am choosing it over UMich as well.
