NYU Stern or USC Marshall for undergrad business?
My high school friend is deciding between these two. Cost doesn't matter, but he prefers to work in SF after graduation if that makes a difference. Currently, he sees Stern as better for career opportunities but likes the traditional campus that is of USC.
Why doesn't your friend come and ask us himself?
He doesn't have an account and the process of making one and getting verified takes a while
Pretty simple, if your friend wants West Coast after graduation USC is the better choice and vice versa for east coast. All campus facilitated recruiting will be located at the coast of each of these schools
Is there a noticeable difference in recruiting between the schools?
Yes, Stern will basically get you to any top firm. Much better for NYC

Stern is better than Marshall
I'm not sure if even that's true. USC's reputation on West Coast is not that good. NYU is seem as much stronger. USC has a very strong alumni - oh, they love themselves and each other. But outside of that circle, USC is not terribly well regarded.
That's pretty true, it seems that USC still lags behind UCLA, UB Berkeley, Claremont McKenna, and Pomona. If OP is sure they want IB/Consulting, they should go to Stern
