Online Undergraduate Bachelor Program (BBA, BS, BSBA)

[Indiana resident, active military, independent student/adult learner]

Looking to break out into IB/quant while keeping some abstraction to potentially work as a policy analyst. Current tier list organized by preference;

  1. Penn State World - BS, Econ min. PoliSci OR BS, Finance min. PoliSci / Econ (AACSB-accredited)
  2. IU Online - BSBA, Finance
  3. Any more ideal option which I haven't learned about offering major/minor programs in Econ, Finance and PoliSci/Intl Relations - preferably with programmatic accreditations like AACSB, ACBSP, etc.

The PSU program is heaviest on transfer credits from ACE, CLEP, DSST, and my prior Associates program as well as my JST (active duty). I will be using a merit-based scholarship in lieu of TA; credit hour cost is important for this reason.

Also seeking to filter by prestige as non-targets. I have read mixed acclaim about each traditional college outside of their premier business programs. PSU's first listed major is subordinate to the College of Liberal Arts, for example.

Thoughts/recommendations?
