Paris Dauphine vs ESCP vs ESSEC vs Cass vs RSM
Which one? Paris Dauphine master financial markets, taught in Eng, I heard good about placement for IBD and markets, 2 years w 2 internship compulsory ESCP Master in Management in London - Paris, 2 years (cons: is management) ESSEC MSc finance - 1 year Cass MSc Finance - 1 year (cons: London and Brexit made me doubtful about Uk) RSM or SSE for CEMS
Italian citizen, I make no secret that i would like to work in Paris London or in USA in Investment Banking.
PS: Bocconi is my first pick but it's hard to access without good GPA, so these are alternatives suitable with my GPA and CV
PPS: those cost relative less than LSE/LBS and others.. and due to the fact that i pay the MSc with my money, the cost is relative important in my choice
Which languages do you speak fluently?
Native Italian, fluently English, working proficiency French..
When you are saving working proficiency French, could you have a conversation with a CEO of a company in a sector with which you have no familiarity? If you are going to study in France, are you going to take a gap year to do internships?
I'm a graduating student from one of the French grandes ecoles you mentioned
Reputation-wise (in France) they generally rank HEC>ESSEC>ESCP, with HEC fares slightly better in London placement than ESSEC and ESCP Depending on your course, only MSc 203 of Paris Dauphine is considered on par (for S&T) with these schools ESCP could fare better given you have a summer to do SA plus study in both London & Paris, therefore multiple OCR
can't speak about Cass or RSM, but would consider Cass if you're set on working in the UK
Great! I'm actually at ESC Rennes, and is really a good one. HEC is a bit out of my possibility due to my GPA, but the others are so good. For the IBD you think the MsC 203 is good? I read the program and looks good, and by the way they have 2 years program so it suit good for the Italian accreditation (they consider MsC only the ones of 2 years, the 1 years program are master of second level in Italy)
