Have an internship offer for PIMCO Account Manager through the MBA program. Base is 180k for full time but not finding much info on total comp. Anyone know what average year one comp could be (and I understand that the variable component is based on firm performance and individual)?
Additionally, anyone know if the account manager/client relationship managers are expected to get their CFA?
