Positive experiences at UChicago

I got in and am considering going to UChicago vs a few schools outside the top 10, but am looking to hear some experiences (socially) from people who went there. I’m not sure if it gets a bad rep for being socially worse 15 years ago, would love to hear some thoughts

Probably better than 15 years ago, probably not great. There are like 3 recent forums about UChi, one of which is mine - just look thru them

Current student. It's not horrible. Definitely more of a vibrant social atmosphere at other places, but you can still have fun here especially if you major in something easy like biz econ.

We have an easier biz econ major now. I managed to have a 3.7 (rounded up) in CS by recruiting time, and I'm only okay at it. If you take biz econ, you should be golden
