Profile Evaluation for MFin/MFE/Masters in Financial Math programs

Hello!
I will be applying to 2021 Masters programs and am wondering where I currently stand in relation to top programs and what I can do in the next year to strengthen my profile.

Background: US citizen, female
Major: Mathematics/Finance double major with quant finance concentration at a semi-target top 50 school
GPA: currently sits at 3.5, hoping to get up to 3.6 at the time of applications
GMAT/GRE: not taken yet; will be aiming for 95%ile + scores, as I usually do well on standardized tests
Relevant coursework: Calc1/2/3/Advanced, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, calculus-based stats/probability, discrete math, stat models, various other advanced math (combinatorics, etc.), data mining, Java, R, finance requirements
Experience: two equity research internships completed by the time of application, one sell-side, one buy-side
Other: math tutor, investment club, currently starting up a math independent study in stochastic calc that I would like to convert into a semester-wide research project, unrelated but slightly cool clubs

Which programs should I target? Is Princeton MFin/MIT MFin/UChicago Financial Math/Carnegie Mellon MFE doable?
