Programs for kids who didn't go to Horace Mann/Kent Place School/Deerfield/Greenwich Academy

Given that half the people who end up at the top banks and pe funds come from incredibly privileged upbringings, when will there be programs for kids who didn't swipe daddy's credit card every 5 seconds? It only seems fair that these people be at a disadvantage when it comes to recruiting - after all, they've had all the resources and daddy's connections handed to them. Isn't far more impressive when you see a kid who went to a public high school in a random state and not Darien, CT? I'm shocked these people can qualify for some of the diversity programs as well - why do they need a leg up? They'll be fine even if they don't get the offer. Seems ironic when the same people pushing the diversity programs, are just rich white girls from NY/CT/MA. Do they realize that some people's parents didn't spend 60k/yr on prep school just so they could get into Notre Dame/BC/Williams with their inflated prep school GPA? And why do now MD's focus the programs on bringing people from actual different backgrounds? Not just skin color? For a white liberal, their idea of diversity is skin color, and nothing else. Why not have programs for kids who's parent's don't make over x amount of money? I know why, because the people who run the programs are the same kids who grew up on Nantucket every weekend. Also, why is a white rich kid from Dartmouth (who's internship was working at TJC bc daddy is a partner) looked upon more favorably than the non-target who grinded and displayed better fit & technicals? Also, Girls Who Invest in way too overpowered. I'm sick of seeing the chick who graduated from Hotchkiss do no internships, and then do GWI - which then leads to a great PE firm her sophomore year. Also, where are the diversity programs for construction? Or does it only apply to firms like Blackstone? I don't even blame kids for faking their race at this point. I'm sure we all know the white kid who claims latino and the indian kid who claims hispanic, but it's worked out well for them. Perhaps I'm feeling a little ethnic as well.
