Pursuing an MBA after 2 years to break into IB?

Hi everyone.

I recently graduated earlier this year and have been working for a Big 4 for 2 months now. My line of service in Big 4 consulting has a little exposure to deals, but it's more related to FP&A. I plan on taking the GMAT and applying to MBA programs next year to enroll for Fall of 2024. I went to a top tier target university in the West Coast (think Stanford, Berkeley, UCLA). I majored in Economics, and graduated with Honors, with a major gpa of 3.7 and cumulative gpa of 3.5.

My goal is to break into investment banking, and I was wondering if roughly ~2 years of work experience will be enough? Will I be at a disadvantage when I am recruiting for associate roles?
