Seeking Advices About The MSF Program 2.0

I was accepted to UIUC, Rochester, Brandeis, and JHU MSF programs. Based on the information I got from stalking this forum I already turned down offers from UIUC and JHU. Now my choice is between Rochester and Brandeis. Which program should I go to for the best chance of breaking into finance? My undergrad degree is an MA in History from USC. Rochester offered me an 80% tuition scholarship (about $63,000), Brandeis offered $15,000. I already paid the deposit for Rochester ($3000 + $1500 housing deposit), but monetary value is of secondary importance to my considerations. Should I renege on Rochester to go to Brandeis? I am an international student, but both programs are STEM.

I am also on the waitlist for WUSTL Asset Management program (non-STEM)
