Should I graduate as an finance major?

Hey Guys! I'm a finance major with a 2.7 GPA and no internships. I've dug myself in a whole because I cannot graduate this year (Senior) because of Pre Recs. Therefore I have to stay a whole 5th year to graduate as an finance major. I will be almost 24 then and that kind of depressed me. Because I started school on time and really have no much excuse into not graduating in four years. My grades suffered because of work and life. Anyways, my second option is to graduate with a BS in Business Management which I can finish this year.

Any advice or thoughts would be well appreciated.
