St-Gallen for business administraton/ management,Lausanne for finance and economics.
In term of reputation on the job market St-Gallen has still more prestige but Lausanne is investing a lot and has created a strong pool of finance, with a good master and a top doctoral program. HEC Lausanne was ranked number 2 in europe last year for research in finance,after LBS but before LSE.
