From Malaysia also, bristol or Notts cause its semis but your gonna be in the US, is it not better to get a US maters rather than UK? I don't really know how strong a masters as I haven't entered uni.
Of this list, Nottingham & Bristol are members of the Russel Group. So i'd pick one of those since Russel Group unis are very well respective and remain consistent even has league table rankings change over time. Hard to advise which you should chosse because prestige wise they are kinda on par (maybe nottingham has a slight edge as it's older).
I was born, raised and live in the UK, I have vistited both cities & have friends who attended both Universities. I would say that Bristol is the nicer city, and in a nicer part of the UK. However Nottingham has a much cheaper cost of living (especially accommodation costs) and arguably offers a better (more socialble) student life.
