URM LOW GPA 700 GMAT UNC KENAN FLAGLER CHANCES

Im an URM and had a 2.7 in Finance from a mid 30s ranked University based on US news today. Currently in FI/CMBS trading. What are my chances to break into UNC or Cornell for real estate? I want to transition out of trading and into REPE.
