US vs Canada university application advice

Hi guys! I'm a grade 11 full-pay international student, I'm tryna get some input from people on this website (preferably international students) on whether you guys think it's worth paying full tuition to U.S colleges for ib/finance recruiting in the States. However I would also like to add that I hold Canadian citizenship and can aim for schools such as ivey, queens, McGill, etc. Anyways my point is, I'm tryna ask whether it's worth eding a t30/t20 lac type of school in the U.S for the better recruiting benefits or just apply rd/early action to all my schools on the list? I also wanna ask whether going to schools like waterloo/mcgill are viable for U.S recruiting considering changes in visa policy (I know ivey and queens are the best two but am interested in these two specifically)?

Thanks a lot!
