Villanova MSc-Finance program is dogshit

Save your money and do literally anything else but go to Villanova's MSc-Finance program. The program doesn't place at all, whatsoever. There are no quants in the program. It's laughable. The most quantitative thing they teach you is "RSI" (lol). You pay the tuition and then they fuck off and treat you like dirt. Their "network" is abysmal and nonexistent. You will end up even more unemployable than had you not attended, with $75K+ more in debt. It is an embarrassment to have a Master's degree, especially in "Finance" (lol)(not a real degree)(algebra) at Villanova University (lol).

This isn't very accurate, first off the program only costs $45k as a US student, second there is literally a quant class completely taught on SAS.

It looks like you just didn't place well in interviews, Villanova is strong but even they can't help someone who has as shitty of a personality as you do.

Pretty much every Master’s in Finance is bullshit. Banks definitely do not prioritize recruiting from there and why would they? It’s generally students who either didn’t go to a target school, struck out in IB, or didn’t decide they wanted to do banking until it was too late. Hit rate on undergrads is going to be much higher
