ED WashU is pretty much a guaranteed acceptance for me.
ED UChicago is a maybe.
UChicago is leaps and bounds ahead of WashU, but is the risk-reward worth it? WashU isn't terrible, and their IB club seems to be pretty decent.
Currently, UChicago is my ED choice. Worth switching over or nah?

If you're guaranteed to get into WashU ED won't you probably get in applying via regular decision? I'd go for UofC ED and roll the dice.
WashU is big on ED--they're the easiest T20 to get into if you apply ED.
Not sure if i'll get in RD, since their RD pool tends to be highly qualified kids who get rejected by harvard and shit.
Doesnt washu have ed2? So u could ed uchicago and then if u dont get in, ed2 at washu

Why not take the risk during ED for the school that may just be out of reach during the regular process?
Yeah, consensus seems to say that Uchicago is best. Definitely a better school career-wise too.

Second the comments above. Take a slight risk for the ED round because ED gives a boost. You don’t want to waste that.

washu doesn't break out rates for ED1/ED2 separately so idk where you're getting that info but I can assure you that there is an undeniable advantage in EDing to washu 1 or 2 compared to RD as someone who got in RD
