What are HSW looking for?

Hi guys, I just graduated from a top business undergrad school in Canada with a 3.9 equivalent GPA and will be doing ER at a mid-tier BB for full time. I really want to do an MBA due to better opportunities, diverse network etc. Since I just graduated from undergrad, I have a 5 year timeline.

So my questions is, how can I best position myself to be the a top candidate for HSW, I wish to enter the impact investing arena, and will be volunteering as much as I can for educational and environmental activism. My GMAT goal is 780-800. What else are they looking for in terms of ECs, GMAT, work, or anything else?
