What do I need to do to get into a Top Business School?

Hi Everyone,

I studied Mechanical Engineering from a decent state school, but I would like to eventually get into Asset Management. From what I've gathered so far, obtaining a MBA seems like the way to go. Does anybody have advice on how to get into a Top Business School? And if I can't get into one, are there alternatives I should consider?

Thank you,

Kouna
