Which EU University has a better undergraduate program for students trying to break into higher finance (IB, Private Credit, Sales & Trading & Research )

So i'm currently studying in Singapore in my last year majoring in Fintech. I want to study in europe as i'm thinking of migrating to either Spain/France(South)/Italy in the future. Hence why i want to pursue my studies there as i can experience the culture of the country first before deciding whether i want to move there in the future with that said.

Here are the list of schools i'm looking at ESSEC/Bocconi/ESADE/EDHEC.

In terms of the school's network of alumnis, partnerships and culture what is the best university that has a better undergraduate program for students trying to break into higher finance (IB, Private Credit, Sales & Trading & Research )

Secondly i understand there is some kind of test results that the university has to evaluate to see whether the student is eligible to enter the school that majority of students from overseas(US&EU) take i believe its the SAT or something like that. However coming from Singapore we take a different test. In college we took O Levels which is a exam that's from Cambridge. In polytechnic we have a diploma where we specialise in the a certain skillset. With that said can we use our Polytechnic GPA as a substitute for the SAT.

Lastly for me to break into any of higher finance roles in EU i need a Masters at least?
