Wisconsin (WSB) v. Santa Clara (Leavey) v. CU (Leeds)

I am a high school senior deciding between UW-Madison, Santa Clara, and CU. I have direct admit to the business schools of all three. I am planning to study finance, and I want to go into IB/PE/VC.  All are out-of-state for me, and after various scholarships the cost is similar. I realize these schools are non-targets, but they all seem to have some good qualities.  What would you choose and why?  Thanks!
