So I just finished being a year 1 analyst on fixed income in structuring at a top BB and got my bonus. Mine was 30k, so I’m wondering how that compares to average. I know it’s a down year, but still not thrilled about it

Was your bonus paid out of HR’s bonus pool for Analysts or out of your team’s P&L? $30K seems fine if it's a stub bonus for AN1s.
And what do you mean by you finished being an AN1? Didn't you join in July or August?
