Prime Brokerage Client Services to more FO trading/banking seat

Just graduated and started. Currently in PB at top BB (covering smaller clients/client services type role) & want a more traditional PB seat or other client facing sales seat (in Equities or not). Also wondering if it would be possible or smart for me to go for a trading/capital markets/banking seat as well.

I know grass is always greener but I want something different to my current role and would rather do something about it now rather than later(while the narrative for change is still there). I have a decent enough alumni base although it's not Harvard/Yale.

Is this best achieved through a lateral slot or leverage the top BB name to look elsewhere? In the meantime do I build on my hobbies? Max out leetcode? CFA? How many chats should I have a week?

I just don't know how to approach it cause this is the first time since 12th grade I don't know what/how to do it. Any input is appreciated
