2023 Sales and Trading Summer Analyst Salaries (NYC)
Just thought that I'd put together a thread of all of the salaries for S&T summer analyst positions that way everyone knows what other firms are offering. (Please reply back with amounts from firms that you know the compensation package.)
Bank of America: 100k prorated for 10 weeks, plus a 2k housing stipend
Deutsche Bank: 100k prorated for 10 weeks, no stipend but they will pay for flights to/from NYC for the internships
JPM: 110 prorated, 2.5 signing, no stipend. Source: brother got offer
When did JPM update the pay. Summer offer still at 100k prorated. We get the 2.5k bonus and flight paid for
Updated in late February, early march.
Edit: this is for FT returning analysts; right after my SA stint, offer letter was 100k and was then later revised to 110k
2022 SA is same deal: 110k + 2.5 relocation stipend
BMO Capital Markets: 100k prorated 10 weeks
Friend got offer
Maybe should be in another post but, any numbers for London? I have heard some of them updated but I didn’t get any updates on my contract.
Any info on RBC?
RBC hasn't started giving S&T offers yet (for non diversity at least) to my knowledge

WF - $110,000 prorated ($53/hr), 1.5x OT, $1400 post tax relocation bonus
Macquarie, $110000 prorated, 2000 bonus
mentee got an offer from BNP: 100k prorated - 2k relocation stipend

anyone know HSBC? Got a superday with them next week. Also so is $100k prorated ~50/hr? Am I reading that correctly?
