Advice for Jr. Energy Commodities Broker

This post is directed to any current/former Traders or Brokers, especially in the Energy Market. I just started as a Junior Broker, and I'm really excited about the role. From the traders perspective what makes a great broker? How and why did you choose to go with a specific broker? Is there anything that I can do to stand out and earn business as I attempt to build a client base? I've heard some suggestions that a broker should speculate what product will be big in the next few years, and to focus on establishing yourself before that product reaches it's inflection point. I think that would be exciting to do, so I'd be interested to hear opinions on what products will be dominant in the future. I appreciate any and all insight, thank you!
