Advice for S&T Superday
i'm seeking for some advice for an upcoming s&t superday
do they tend to be very technical? or more behavioural?
all my interviewers are MDs and directors for that day

Career Resources
In my experience, they’re more behavioral. They’re looking for someone they can work with imo. If you have technical knowledge that you want to drop in, wait for a good time to drop it in such that it’s in the flow of the conversation and not awkward.
