Advice Please

About to hit a year in a trading role. When I took the position, I was just looking to get a spot somewhere. So, I took something with a VERY small team working international equities. I work as an assistant trader with our head. Been doing well, I feel, in the job. Understand my responsibilities, passed my licensing exams, etc. Now I pretty much am half of the trading desk.

However, I get paid WELL under market rate. Never even hear words on potentially even getting ANY bonus. With that, I was wondering if my chances are higher at potentially hitting a raise to near market rate with my current team OR if I should just continue to look for a new role elsewhere. Wondering if any of you have been in a similar spot early in your career
