Does anyone know what base/bonus structure looks like (power), i.e do they use individual/desk PnL as a bonus modifier? Curious also how it changes from a RT/DA hedging style role to a prop or portfolio management role.

I've heard from someone there in Juno that if you're on the prop trading side for power you get base + 8% of PnL, just what I've heard. They said RT/DA uses a desk bonus anywhere from 10-25+% of base
