I got a different screen for Quant Research, Quant Dev, and Trading there, but for trading they had me do this weird assessment where they showed a grid of alphabetical characters where you had to quickly estimate how many rows were above and below a specific character. It was quite bizarre and I found it to be the most difficult assessment I've ever done. Basically testing rapid processing of information, with periodic checks about the previous problems I'd seen to check short term memory.
