Are there any sell-side trading desks that does prop?
As title. Heard by rumor that delta one does to some extent. So does some desks in APAC. Is this true?

rates and fx do to an extent but it's not a huge aspect of the job save for a few seats.
I wouldn't choose a desk just because it lets you prop trade, and the desks that do let you do that like the ones mentioned above generally are the most competitive.

Yes, more depends on the group head and their risk appetite. It comes more apparent when you speak to the vol/exo desks where it becomes discretionary at some point if they want to hedge all of their greek risks.
