Asked for more interviews after superday
I had superday for Global Markets Division Analyst (summer internship) last week, and then I get an email from HR yesterday and they want to schedule 3 more interviews with me next week. On superday itself, HR tells me that they will let me know by Monday if I got the offer or not. I had the impression that superday was the final round, but I'm excited to speak with the team again.
Is this a good or bad sign, and what would they be interviewing me again?
Another individual that I met on superday tells me that HR has asked them to fill out some forms, I'm assuming that I'm probably on the waitlist side and they are probably going to offer that other individual a position.
Does anyone have any tips as I'm not sure where I am in terms of if I will get an offer or not. This is my first superday so I am quite new to this. Thanks!
This sounds like a final culture check. Would expect more behavioral than technical but be prepared for both.

Same thing happened to me. I ended up having 2 superdays with the same bank 3 weeks apart. I would take it as a good sign
Oh interesting, thing is they asked me for an interview 2 days after the superday. Also, they said that they were going to tell me on Monday (tomorrow) but instead scheduled interviews on that same day.
