They have good years and bad years..def behind JPM, MS,GS, Citi in commodities in terms of talent and stability. Tons of people come and go but if you do well you can become a director pretty easily.
To my knowledge no, or very limited physical exposure so all depends on how lucky their spec traders do on the year as well as how good the sales flow is
