Bank Resource Management (BRM) interview at Morgan Stanley - Any insight?

Hey Guys, I'm a finance student in Hong Kong, and I have a Bank Resource management phone interview at Morgan Stanley next week. From what I understand, BRM mainly deals with Stock borrowing & lending and repo trading to provide financing to the firm and also to provide securities to hedge funds.

My interview is with an ED on the stock borrowing & lending desk. Any idea on what kind of questions to expect? I've been spending my time trying to learn about securities lending, the repo market and collateral management.

Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there - we publish articles about the securities lending industry quite often. I'd recommend two items. I can't post links on here it seems but send me your email address and I'll forward the content.
