Just talked to a guy at fixed income desk today, he told me the recruitment process is closed for S&T? Is that true?

I mean yeah they had super days a few weeks ago. I saw a handful of targets post on LinkedIn abt getting offers. I’m non target, haven’t heard back yet or seen anyone else non target get an offer which really sucks. Looks like this year they don’t gaf abt diversity due to the job market.
