I didn't have the exact numbers but it seems to be right, thanks. 

For the last 3 years, BNP (in their Equities/Prime departments, following a cultural shift after the DB acquisition ) started a brazen hire and fire tactic where they will hire much more graduates than they have seats available.

The situation is extremely prevalent in one specific region where they have wild hiring without the growth to justify it, just to try to snatch business from the other regions ( It got to the point that for a few months, the team next to mine didn't have enough seats to get all their graduates in the office at the same time as the rest of the team and had to send them to the other side of the floor. That's both a middle management and HR issue..)
