Being calm under pressure is what makes a good trader. Does that include this application process?

Hi everyone,

I think the current job market and the fact that this is my last shot at application is making me on edge and that I have to chill a bit. People say being calm under pressure is what makes a good trader. Is being able to navigate through this application process with serenity and aloofness what "being calm under pressure" is?

Any pov is appreciated.

Yes for sure. Think about it as training for the pressure to come. I'd even say recruiting pressure is ntg compared to the pressure when your book is down a million.
