Best desks in Sales for WLB?
Heard of some desks working hours like 7 - 7, whilst others doing 7.30 - 5.30 (average) - which desks in general have the best hours?

ER sales lol. have an uncle at a BB who works 830 - 4 on a busy day on the floor and maybe 830-12 if hes WFH
Is ER sales = equity research sales? And wow I assumed S&T guys were in 5 days a week
yup, equity research sales. nah, the finra rule only applies to market making activities i think.
tbh he does go out a lot for client/corp lunches/dinners and travels a good amount
I had also thought similar...I can tell you it's 5 days a week on the IB side
Sorry to rehash this but what the difference between ER sales and Equity sales. Are ER sales people simpler aimed at selling research?

Almost anything in the cash fixed income space is usually 7:30-5, most fridays all the senior people are gone by 3. You do have some travel and nights out but that is part of the job.
Could anyone provide some color on what the WLB/comp is like in Securitized Product Sales? I have heard mixed reviews.
