Best prop shops in Mexico?

I have a friend who worked at BTG Pactual in Brazil, but needs to relocate to Mexico... he doesn't speak a word of spanish, so I figured I'd help him out, but it turns out it's REALLY hard to find any prop trading desks in Mexico (or anywhere in LatinAm, for that matter).

Does anyone know the best prop trading desks in Mexico?

^^^ i think eydey wanted to let us all know that he speaks basic spanish.

would your friend consider working at another bank? may be easier to find than a straight prop shop.

i do believe there may be some small energy shops there though. no longer work with the guy, but an old co-worker traded energy at a bank in columbia and started in mexico.

also, if he speaks portuguese, i would think he could manage the whole language barrier thing.
