Better bank?

Went to a t20 major in math & economics, a minor in CS (3.5 gpa)
Had 1 internship and currently work in a smaller bank's FX/Rates trading team with 1YOE here.

My work is very boring, we pretty much keep our books flat, and we have no proprietary software that allows customizable market-making techniques (auto-skewing pricing&width based on positions/signal/ etc).

I don't hate my work my TC is ~150k, but my ideal workplace would be a much more sophisticated environment (data heavy, technical manager/co-workers that know to code).

I got rejected from PTon & MIT's MFin, accepted into GaTech MS in CS (~$8k tuition), and waiting to hear back from UChicago and NYU Courant MSFM.

What should I do to get into a larger, more sophisticated bank or buy side firm?
