BNP or RBC S&T SA2027 NYC?

I am lucky enough to have both BNP Paribas and RBC S&T 2027 NYC summer analyst offers. My goal is to be a trader.

I’ve chatted with a few VPs and Dir from both banks, and honestly, I vibe with both cultures. I’m pretty confident that either spot would be great for mentorship and networking.

Let me know your thoughts? Anyone with experience with BNP or RBC? Is one better than the other? Any inside knowledge on return offers?

BNP is known in the street as "Bonus Not Paid", so earning wise you might have a better luck at RBC.

And the return rate given above for sales and trading seems accurate from my personal knowledges.

Mentor and vibes depend on the specific desk, some of them will be nice and take extensive time to train you, some of them won't even bother speaking with you at all during the entirety of your summer.
