Bridgewater Vs. S&T 3rd year
Heading into 3rd year as an analyst in S&T. Received top bucket and have strong career prospects at current bank. I’ve heard mixed things about BW. Curious what are people’s thoughts on making a switch to a fund like BW, and if it’s even worth the x% increase in current pay. I’ve heard the culture is not for everyone, yet it’s difficult to judge the culture without being there.
