Brokerage Exit Ops
I've been working as a trader in the secondary market for well over 2 years now. I was thinking about breaking into investment banking.
I'm really good with market news, especially when it comes to late stage companies (like the Musk Group of Cos).
I have the fundamentals down (DCF and Trading comps like the back of my hand).
Wanted some suggestion or some guidance on how I could potentially break into IB, or what other exit ops should I consider.
To be fair my current comp is not that great fixed, by depends heavily on bonus from successful trades, so how could I put that into play while negotiating comp? Maybe I'm thinking too far ahead, but I feel sorta rudderless rn.
