Chatham Financial Insights?

Basically reposting something that was already asked in 2021 that didn't get much traction but I'm curious...

Anyone have insight on the culture, working environment, and pay structure of Chatham Financial in their corporates hedge advisory/derivatives team?

Also whats their position in the derivatives and financial risk management world? Have heard they're basically the leaders in their niche line of business but not much more.

What exit opps are typical from this kind of role? (BB structuring S/T, debt advisory, project finance)

Lastly, does anyone have experience working with them from either the corporate treasury side or the S/T side?
