CIBC Toronto random call?
Hey guys! About a week ago, I got a call form someone claiming to be a recruiter from CIBC saying “this is not an interview we are simply gathering information”. Then they tested my French as I had applied for a bilingual position. Did anyone else receive a similar call for their alternate solutions group? Has anyone had a formal interview for this position? Thanks!

I have an interview scheduled with them (Alternate Solutions Group) this upcoming week, but for the non-bilingual position. I'm assuming the call was just a language-check step they only do for the bilingual position.

Cibc hiring js pretty shit. I did a 3 day case with them and they did not schedule a follow up presentation lol. Sent a thank you note 2 weeks out. So careful
