Citi Application Portal Question
I got first rounds from 2 positions at Citi. Got rejected in one and haven’t heard back from the other. I checked the application status in the portal. I found “Offer - Regulatory Self Disclosure Form Complete” for the position that I haven’t heard back from, and “Not selected at this time” for the rejected one. I wonder what it means by “offer” given that I haven’t even got a superday. Is anyone in the same situation?
I am probably not participating in the same program as you are, but if you see "Offer - Regulatory Self Disclosure Form Complete", in my experience it means that they are giving you a superday interview but before that you should receive some pre-offer survey and need to complete them first. The ones I received were just all administrative questions like whether you worked in some other conflicting roles or criminal background.

Where do you see the application status? Mine just says “Application Submitted.” I had my first round a week ago.
Before I had the interview my status was also “Application Submitted” or “Application Reviewed”. Several days after the first round it changed. However, I’m still waiting for a response (non-diversity). I’m so confused
I have not heard anything either. Unfortunately, my status still says “Application Submitted.” I hope I do not get dinged.

I'm in a similar situation, do you have any update as to what that means? I did a first-round for a summer analyst role and got that form. Does it mean I pass to the other round? Thank you!
I got rejected. I would say it’s indeed not a good sign if you don’t hear back in 1 week.

- Complete Questionnaire
- Global HRCC - Regulatory Self Disclosure - Post Interview
However i haven't done the interview and my application is in "recruitment review" status, anyone knows what i should expect?
