I should mention that I'm also shooting to transfer to a top school with a good program. What needs to be changed in my resume? How bad/good is it? Do I stand a chance with T20 students? Thanks!

Thanks, also do I send in a cover letter every time I’m applying even if the application doesn’t explicitly say that?

Yes, sending a cover letter when possible is beneficial because it allows you to personalize your application, highlight key experiences, and explain your enthusiasm for the role. That said, some firms may only allow you to upload a resume. Only submit a cover letter if the application allows it, even if it's not required. Also make sure to keep your resume at 1 page. You haven't been in your career long enough for more than 1.

Hey, I would try to keep bullet point length description consistent. You have some orphan words meaning there is an entire line filled and then a little extra in the following line which looks bad frankly. Good on you for grinding so hard and I hope you do well.

An example would be your division leader experience under leadership. Notice how “environmental sustainability” takes up 2 lines but the second line only has 2 words. Try your best to condense points into one line or break out into two seperate lines. Also, “led more than”? Just say Led 15+ or Led 17/18/19 whatever number it really is.

If you're north african, i'd add a "Languages" section at the bottom and put down the languages you speak, in order of fluency. English and French would of course be most important because of how widespread they are but if you know Amazigh languages that could be interesting and differentiate you. If you speak french and you want to live/work in florida, i would try learning spanish.

some of your language is in present tense even though it's past experience

i think you have too many activities/interests listed - just put the most relevant ones or ones that a senior person might relate to you most on

you say you want to do IB or sales/trading but you have almost nothing listed on financial modelling. Where did you learn your skills? What were the dcf and other models used for? what forecasting and valuation models did you build? what were the key metrics and multiples? use the STAR method. COMPS is not an official acronym, nor should it be all in caps. Same for "OPEX"
