Desks that offer global mobility in S&T

Will start as an SA for a BB in APAC for FI Trading this summer. Obviously headcount and securing the return offer would be the priority, but would love to get more colour on which desks (trading) have the best mobility opportunities for laterals as I’m interested to live in other major financial centers (LDN, NYC, Chicago, Tokyo, etc) too.

My guess would be desks that have a global book and trade the overnight markets there after 2-3 years. Any inputs are very appreciated, thanks in advance.
